REFUND POLICY – UVAMALÜ FILIGRANA (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

 At Uvamalü Filigrana, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of international logistics, we have established the following refund policy:

 1. No Refunds on International Orders

All international sales are final. We do not offer refunds for international purchases.

 2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only accept exchanges in the following cases:

* The item received is defective

* The item received is incorrect

 To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

 * Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  •  

3. Return Conditions for Exchanges

If your exchange is approved:

 

* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

* Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 4. Shipping Responsibility

Uvamalü Filigrana is not responsible for:

* Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

* Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

* Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees 

5. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours) with photographic evidence so we can evaluate your case. 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
