Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

* 10–20 business days (standard shipping)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or external factors.

 7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Uvamalü Filigrana is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

 8. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
